Implementation of Transaction Fees for Credit Card/Credit Card-i and Loan/Financing Payments Using Cash and/or Cheques

Dear Valued Customers,

We wish to inform that with effect from 1 October 2019, AmBank/AmBank Islamic will be imposing the following Transaction Fees for Credit Card/Credit Card-i and Loan/Financing Payments made using cash and/or cheques via any of the channels below:

For your convenience, we provide our customers with FREE e-payment alternative, where you could make your credit card/credit card-i and loan/financing payments via AmOnline, our Internet banking platform, for both InterBank GIRO and Instant Transfer, or through Auto Debit from your AmBank Current Account or Savings Account/AmBank Islamic Current Account-i or Savings Account-i.

Please note that the fee for payments made over-the-counter is waived for Senior Citizens who are 65 years old and above, the disabled and customers who do not have access to their AmBank Current or Savings Account/AmBank Islamic Current Account-i or Savings Account-i i.e. customers who are bankrupt or whose accounts are frozen.
