AmInvestment Bank Berhad (“AmInvestment Bank”) received two awards at the Islamic Finance News Awards 2019 held on Thursday, 21 March 2019, at St Regis Hotel, Kuala Lumpur.

Mudarabah Deal of the Year award was presented to AmInvestment Bank for their role as the Joint Principal Adviser, Joint Lead Arranger, Joint Lead Manager, Joint Shariah Adviser and Facility Agent for Yinson TMC Sdn Bhd’s RM1.5 Billion Perpetual Sukuk Mudarabah Programme. Meanwhile, AmInvestment Bank’s role as Joint Principal Adviser for Malaysia Building Society Berhad (MBSB)'s RM644.95 million acquisition of Asian Finance Bank was recognised as the Equity & IPO Deal of the Year award.
