Revision of the Terms and Conditions for Plaza Premium Lounge Access

Dear Valued Customers,

Please be advised that Clause 2 stated in the General Terms and Conditions in the Plaza Premium Lounge Access Terms and Conditions has been revised to provide better clarity to our Credit Cardholders. The updated clause and its ​effective date are outlined below:


Updated Clause 2 Effective Date

AmBank SIGNATURE Priority Banking (AmSPB) member1 with Asset Under Management (AUM)2 below RM200,000 AmBank SIGNATURE Priority Banking (AmSPB) member1 with Asset Under Management (AUM)2 of RM200,000 to RM499,999 AmBank SIGNATURE Priority Banking (AmSPB) member1 with Asset Under Management (AUM)2 of RM500,000 and above

6X access per calendar year with a minimum spend* of RM1,000 within 30 calendar days before each lounge access and/or 30 calendar days after each lounge access. 8X access per calendar year. Unlimited access.

1AmSPB member who holds either a Primary or a Supplementary membership.

2To be eligible for the complimentary access, the respective AmSPB Primary or Supplementary member MUST maintain his/her individual respective Principal AUM as stated in the table above, with the Bank.

Illustration:​

If an AmBank Visa Signature/-i Cardholder had accessed the lounge on 8 and 15 November 2023 (multiple entries in a single month), and meets one (1) of the following conditions below, the Cardholder will not be billed with a fee for his/her lounge access on 8 and 15 November 2023:

  1. Spend a minimum of Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand (RM1,000) within 30 calendar days before 8 November 2023 and spend a total of RM2,000 within 30 calendar days before 15 November 2023 (complimentary lounge access for both dates) OR
  2. Spend a minimum of Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand (RM1,000) within 30 calendar days after 8 November 2023 and spend a total of RM2,000 within 30 calendar days after 15 November 2023 (complimentary lounge access for both dates) OR
  3. Spend a cumulative minimum amount of Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand (RM1,000) within 30 calendar days before and 30 calendar days after 8 November 2023 (i.e. RM200 within 30 calendar days before 8 November 2023 and RM800 within 30 calendar days after 8 Nove​​​mber 2023) and spend a cumulative amount of minimum RM2,000 within 30 calendar days before and 30 calendar days after 15 November 2023 (i.e. RM400 within 30 calendar days before 15 November 2023 and RM1,600 within 30 calendar days after 15 November 2023).

Note: Every complimentary lounge access will require a minimum spend of Ringgit Malaysia One Thousand (RM1,000). Upon multiple entries per month, the minimum spend required will be based on the number of lounge access per calendar month. (i.e. minimum spend of RM3,000 is required for 3 times access in the same month).

Please take note that this revision shall supersede the previous Terms and Conditions for Plaza Premium Lounge Access dated 1 October 2023.
