AmBank Group is pleased to announce the granting of financing facilities to Aricia Sdn Bhd and Makna Setia Sdn Bhd, subsidiaries of Chin Hin Group Berhad, for the development of multiple new projects in Klang Valley and East Malaysia. This strategic collaboration marks a significant milestone in the advancement of urban and infrastructure development in these regions.

The financing facilities will support the development of the following key projects:

1. Aricia Residences @ Sungai Besi: A modern residential development in the heart of Sungai Besi, featuring functional layouts ranging from 550 sqft to 1,420 sqft. It includes 787 serviced apartments, the area’s first freehold 3-bedroom sky duplexes, and state-of-the-art amenities such as a multi-tier security system and smart home technology. With a Gross Development Value (GDV) of RM467 million, the project was launched in Q1 2025 and is set to redefine contemporary urban living. 
2. A Mixed-Use Development in Bandar Kinrara – A freehold mixed-use development spanning 3.43 acres, featuring two residential towers and a retail hub. This project aims to provide an elevated urban lifestyle in a prime location, reinforcing Chin Hin Group’s commitment to delivering high-quality, integrated living spaces.
3. Civil Infrastructure Works in East Malaysia: Essential infrastructure projects that will enhance connectivity and economic growth in the region.
