AmBank Group has been honoured by US-based Gallup Inc with the Gallup Exceptional Workplace Award for Engagement. This prestigious recognition highlights the Bank’s commitment to fostering a work environment where employees feel valued, engaged, and empowered through the Bank’s various engagements and development programmes for its employees.

AmBank Group is the only financial institution in Malaysia to receive this award this year, and this marks its inaugural recognition from Gallup. The Bank joins a distinguished group of global organisations that have set themselves apart by prioritising employee engagement and development.
