We wish to inform that Clause 11 and Clause 14 in the QuickCash Terms and Conditions have been revised. The revised clauses and its effective date are outlined below:

Clause 11: The Bank reserves the right to amend, delete, or add to any of these Terms and Conditions specifically set out herein with prior notice of at least twenty-one (21) calendar days to Cardholders before the new Terms and Conditions take effect. The Bank may use any of the following modes to communicate notices in relations to this Terms and Conditions to Cardholder(s):

| Clause 14: The Bank reserves the right to approve or reject any application for the Programme. The Bank may approve and disburse any partial amount of the amount applied by the Cardholder provided the amount applied does not exceed the Cardholder’s existing credit limit or such other reason by the Bank. Where the Cardholder’s application is successful, payment to the Cardholder’s bank account in the case of QuickCash will be made in the manner provided herein. | Monday 24 May 2021 |
Please take note that the revision shall supersede the previous Terms and Conditions for QuickCash (dated March’2021).
