We wish to notify that due to the current flood situation in Kota Tinggi, Labis, Segamat, Chaah, Pagoh, Batu Pahat, Endau and Bukit Gambir areas in Johor as well as Selancar, Muadzam Shah and Bandar Tun Razak areas in Pahang, the delivery service of AmBonus Points Rewards Redemption by the relevant courier service providers to the impacted areas is temporarily disrupted. Rest assured that the delivery service will resume once the situation permits and routes are reopened.
In the meantime, Cardholders with AmBonus Points that are due to expire in March 2023 have the option of redeeming points for cash rebates as stipulated in the table below, by completing the AmBonus Redemption Form via ambank.com.my/eForm.
