Experience
Over 35 years of experience in banking operations, specializing in process optimization and operational efficiency across various banking segments.
Started his career with CIMB Securities Sdn Bhd in 1988 and has since held multiple leadership roles, overseeing operations supporting diverse lines of business, including Consumer Banking, Commercial Banking, Wholesale Banking, Transaction Banking, both locally and regionally.
Prior to joining AmBank Group, served as Head of Group Operations at CIMB Group.
Extensive leadership experience in managing and overseeing banking operations, with a proven track record in process streamlining, system enhancements and digital transformation.
Played a pivotal role in multiple mergers and acquisitions, successfully integrating operational frameworks and aligning best practice across different work cultures.
