Responsibilities
Lead the Group’s Strategy planning working closely with GCEO and the Senior Management
Lead Group-wide Corporate and Business Strategy Planning – Annual strategy and budget planning with Board, C suites and Senior Management Team.
Drive cross collaboration and project manage specific group-wide initiatives
Oversee group strategy initiatives and strategy planning, and ensuring strategy cascade messaging aligning with GCEO and the leadership team
Drive thought leadership including future of banking point of views and specific strategic partnership collaboration
Group-wide operational excellence process improvement and efficiency, including specific business and operating model reviews
Transformation Office Group Project Governance and Delivery including Group wide Project Governance and Framework for Non-IT Projects
Experience
She joined AmBank Group in 2016, with more than 25 years banking experience. Prior to that, she was with a consulting firm for 16 years - Accenture ASEAN, Financial Services working with key banks across the region, Hong Kong and Mauritius. These include large scale business transformation programmes, Mergers and Acquisition and complex project delivery for banking clients in the region.
Her core expertise include strategic planning, business transformation & strategy execution, change management, complex project & stakeholder management, core banking & finance transformation, to name a few.
Her consulting foundation into her current role brings a strong, regional perspective to banking transformation, with deep expertise in specific areas.
