We wish to inform that Clause 3.1, Clause 4.2 and Clause 4.3 in the AmFlexi-Plus Terms and Conditions have been revised. The revised clauses and its effective dates are outlined below:

| Clause 3.1: The Programme is applicable to outstanding retail balances in the Cardholder’s account that meet the minimum amount as stated at point of application. | Tuesday 26 October 2022 |
| Clause 4.2: Any approved application under the Programme shall be subject to the applicable interest/management fee flat per annum offered to the Cardholder at the point of application which is calculated based on the application amount and Tenure selected. | Tuesday 26 October 2022 |
Clause 4.3: The interest/management fee shall be calculated upfront and billed over the selected Tenure as per the example below:   Note that the monthly instalment for the converted amount to AmFlexi-Plus and interest / management fee will be billed separately. | Tuesday 26 October 2022 |
Please take note that the revision shall supersede the previous Terms and Conditions for AmFlexi-Plus (dated October 2021).
